Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns for personalized items.  Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days. If a mistake is made, we will make a replacement item at no cost. The exception would be if proofs were sent and approved and there is still a spelling error on your item. There will be a charge to replace those products. 

If an item arrives broken or damaged, we will file a claim with the shipping company and replace the item. We cannot submit refunds for items that have been delivered, but that you did not receive.  We will try our best to track those items down and file a claim.
